How do I choose the right toy for an age?

Every toy shows a recommended age, and our age pages group toys for 0–12 months, 1–2, 3–5, 6–8 and 9+ years.

Are your toys safe?

Toys sold in the EU must carry the CE mark and meet the EN 71 safety standard. We only stock toys that do, and include age guidance and warnings on each product. Always supervise young children during play.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes — add it in the order notes at checkout and we leave the price off the delivery note.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1–3 working days and usually arrive 2–6 working days later. Delivery is free to every EU country.

Can I return a toy?

Unused toys can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Faulty toys are covered by the two-year EU guarantee.

How do I pay?

By Visa or Mastercard at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
